How Remote PC Repair Works?

1. Choose between an Instant Repair or our Full Service (see right column for full details).
   
   
2. Contact us via telephone or email to arrange a remote support session. Our telephone number is 0845 658 6504.
   
   
3. Download our secure remote desktop software (Click here to download) and the technician will tell you what password to enter. Within a few moments, the technician will be connected and able to see and control your computer (you can end the session at any time by clicking on the red cross).
   
   
4. Diagnosis - The technician will inspect your computer and decide whether a remote repair session will solve the problem. If we can help, you will be redirected to our online payment gateway (please have your credit or debit card details to hand).
   
   
5. Sit back and relax! Your computer will be repaired whilst you go about your daily business (or you are welcome to watch!). Once the repair is complete and you are satisfied with the work done, the technician will close the remote connection and the software will cleanly uninstall itself. The technician can't reconnect until you manually run the software again.
