Excellent service; no more callout charges for me, now I can sit at my desk and watch my computer being fixed from 20miles away at a little more than what a callout charge alone would be.
It’s amazing to actually see the IT engineer opening and closing things on my computer I didn’t even know existed.
Everyone at Remote Computer Support has been really great, always very polite and friendly.
I have always received first class advice, repairs have always been carried out efficiently and they have had my computer,
back up and running 100% without even having to unplug it and in the time it would normally take me to actually get to there shop.

I cannot describe how good this company is from the polite telephone conversations to the professional IT engineers.
This is far easier than taking your PC to be repaired. I could do nothing with my PC but after 8hrs my PC is virus free and running like new.
Great value for money and i will be promoting them as much as i can. I cannot express how greatful i am thoroughly professional and high quality.

The service was a total godsend, as there were severe difficulties due to a Spybot Trojan horse virus which was crippling.
Remote Computer repairs dealt thoroughly with matters, and then undertook work to a separate location.
Result TOTAL satisfaction and great after care checks- I wouldnt use anyone else and would highly recommend them to both professional end users and domestic users,

I have had tremendous support from this company, without being put out, the service and repair was sorted out remotely whilst I got on with the rest of my day to day activities.
